New irons this week

We drove into Philly last night. Getting ready for AT&T National this week.

Scott's out working hard the next few days. Pretty sure it will be a long time before he takes off 5 days mid season again.

Delays in CT

Scott's group was the only group to finish the first round yesterday. He is expected to begin Round 2 about 5:30 pm given no more delays. I've never been so happy to tee off at 6:50 am as I was yesterday.

ESPN

Today, Scott (and a few friends) went to ESPN. They toured the whole facility. They were able to see to where they film or record all of the shows. They got to see Sports Center tape live and sit with Doug Gottlieb as he broadcasted in ESPN radio.

Scott's moved tee time categories!! All that really means is that he's played well so far.

He's teeing off at 6:50 Thursday and 12:00 Friday.

Lots of rain in CT the next few days.

Mini Vacation

We have an a wonderful time up here in New England.  It's been WONDERFUL to spend some time up here when it's not freezing and snow covered.  We have been all over the place including Kennebunk to see the Bush estate and through all of the quaint streets of Portsmouth.  

Tomorrow we are headed to downtown Boston.

I can promise you that there is truly no place like home....

                        We always have piles of mail to go through

And laundry to do...

After that's done we are on the road again. 

We have had a blast in Memohis. We've been able to see a lot of family and many of them have not seen Scott play for years. It has been great! The weather has been brutally hot... So hot that I may this my week off from now on!

We are excited that Scott's next event in CT will be the opportunity for Scott's other side of family to see him play. They have not seen him play since junior golf. Scott is beyond excited!

We will also get to catch a Red Sox game while we are there.

Tonight, we are headed home. We both cannot wait!

Just left St. Jude hospital. It is an incredible, incredible place.

Scott withdrew after 18 holes today of the US Open Sectional qualifying.

We are in Memphis this week... the hottest place on earth!

Scott is doing his US Open qualifier (36holes) tomorrow in Tunica, MS.

Tee time 12:15 with Webb Simpson then off to Memphis.

Memorial Weekend

Scott played awesome and nearly gave me heart attack on the back nine today (well...the front time actually). He played awesome coming down the stretch. I'm so proud of him. He was patient and stuck with it... And finally got things going. He tees off tomorrow at 9:27.


I met Mr. Jack Nicklaus today. When I intro ducted myself he told me that Scott played great yesterday. How cool is that? He not only remembered Scott but he also paid attention to how he was playing!

So excited to be playing the weekend!!
